• To support the Spa Director/Manager and ensure the day-to-day operations of the spa’s services and programs are ready for guests.
• To provide professional customer service and retail service to spa clients and guests.
• To ensure all technology is operational and ready for use.
• To ensure the experience for both guests and staff of the spa is of the highest caliber.
• To constantly drive the business of the spa and it’s experience towards the concept of 'Nulli Secundus' (secondto none).

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Licensed therapist in massage and/or esthetics a plus.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong client service and problem solving abilities.
• Strong computer experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
